Made in small batches using pure grain spirit and crystal clear Lyme Bay spring water, this bespoke gin is formulated to give a rich, smooth, rounded flavour with aromas of citrus, juniper and the sea.

Infused with fresh lime peel, samphire, edible seaweeds, juniper, coriander, cassia, lemon, orange, liquorice, angelica and orris root, this refreshing, clean tasting gin is delicious on its own or in cocktails.
